FAQ
Is executive coaching confidential?
Confidentiality matters because honest growth requires honest conversation. Leaders often carry things they do not feel free to say to their team, employees, board, clients, colleagues, friends, or even family.
In coaching, you need space to process what is really happening. That may include pressure, frustration, fear, self-doubt, conflict, ambition, resentment, uncertainty, or decisions you have not said out loud yet. If you are worried about being judged, exposed, or managed, you will hold back. If you hold back, the coaching will stay shallow and you will get less ROI.
My role is to create a safe, honest, and challenging environment where you can be fully seen without being shamed – and still be challenged to grow.
