FAQ
Is coaching only for leaders who are struggling?
Many people assume coaching is only for leaders who are failing, burned out, or in crisis. That is not true. Some leaders seek coaching because something is not working. Others seek coaching because they are successful and want to lead, live, and perform at a higher level without sacrificing themselves in the process.
In many cases, the leaders who benefit most from coaching are already capable, responsible, and accomplished. They have built meaningful success, but privately they feel overwhelmed, stuck, restless, disconnected, or tired of carrying so much pressure. Coaching gives them space to step back, see patterns they may not be able to see on their own, and move forward with greater clarity and conviction.
You do not need to be falling apart to benefit from coaching. Sometimes the best time to get support is before the pressure becomes a crisis.
