We provide coaching, keynotes, and related services, including SMS communication for updates and event reminders. You agree to use our services lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

• Opt-In: You consent to receive up to 4 SMS messages per month by opting in via our web forms.
• Opt-Out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to +1 314-582-8977.
• Message Frequency & Charges: Standard text messaging rates may apply per your carrier’s plan.
• Support: Reply HELP for assistance or contact jeff@coreauthenticity.com.
• Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but we are not responsible for unauthorized access to your data due to factors beyond our control.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments for services, coaching, and event access are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment details are securely processed via our website.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• SMS delivery failures due to carrier restrictions, service outages, or errors.
• Any financial or personal loss arising from using our services.
• Third-party actions beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Day 3 Productions LLC, DBA Core Authenticity (including keynotes, coaching materials, and resources) is protected by copyright and cannot be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
